I really loved those last two episodes! I'd seen bits and pieces, enough to know I liked the idea of Betty/Daniel - but I got so INVESTED watching the second-last episode :) I was a bit afraid it would turn into one of those 'I can't live without you - stay here with me!' things - which I was kind of dreading, because it puts both characters in such awful positions (plus I couldn't see Betty sacrificing her dream like that - and I wouldn't have wanted her to, either). So Daniel going to London and the show closing with the possibility was just perfect :)
During the wonderful London montage that made me want to pack my bags and head over to London ( and inspired a new love of Generation X's "Ready Steady Go" for me because of it), do you think many of those scene weren't in sequence and were suppose to represent time in London AFTER Daniel and Betty's conversation?
Oh, that's interesting! Makes me want to watch the episode again :)
But the best part? When the closing title credit appeared, the "Ugly" faded away, leaving just "Betty" behind. Absolutely perfect and absolutely true.
