Yes, my most obvious ship is included. No, the one in the icon isn't. I tried to not go for the more obscure, though I did go way back with some. You can probably guess most of them by looking at my icons. Keeping it to 16 words was surprisingly difficult.

1) He’s her rock, the one person she can depend on. She brings warmth into his life.
caitrin got it. It's Luke/Lorelai. "I just want you to know. I'm all in."   

2) Complete opposites on the surface, completely alike deep down.
My girl seri_scribble got it! It's Katara/Zuko.  "Well that's something we have in common."

3) She keeps him grounded. He helped her reach the stars.
seri_scribble got it!  THAT'S Josh/Donna from West Wing.  (I had to make it a LITTLE hard.) "So you've got health and strength..." "And we'll steal the rest?" "Bet your ass."

4) How many relationships go from dark, deadly and twisted to sweet, nurturing and steadfast?

5) Despite their history, they were always the happiest when they were together.

6) Powerful people act like school kids when they fall in love too.

seri_scribble once again proves that she is awesome by getting this one.  It's George/Mason.  "You get close, Georgie.  You get close to everybody that ever meant anything to you."

8) Her grudge lasted far longer than it should’ve, probably because he made her feel too much.
caitrin got it.  It's Anne/Gilbert.  My ship before I knew what shipping meant! "Aren't you afraid I'll break another slate over your head?" "I'm afraid I might break one over yours. Carrots."

9) Best friends who know each other inside and out. The sexual chemistry is just a bonus.
caitrin got it right.  It's PG/Brandon!! "Skiing? Really? Seriously?" "Apparently." "Totally?" "Absolutely." 

10) Until they’re grown-up enough to be more, they’re each other’s closest & most trusted best friend.

ETA: Only three left!!!  For those of you still playing, I'll give a few more couple more clues. One of the pairings appeared on a show that will be ending soon, even though both characters had long since left the building.  The other pairing appeared on a network that doesn't exisit anymore.  Two, actually!  The last one is on a show that is still going strong and, even though I've fallen behind, there are still quotes from that show on my sidebar.

There's a reason for that! :-D Because that one was so obvious, I went with that

2) Lizzie and Darcy

No. Even though I love Pride & Prejudice, I didn't use them as a couple. #2 is very obvious, but only if you watched the show, which not a lot of people on my flist did.

5) Lorelai and Luke?

No. They are a pairing on the list, but not that one. (Though that sentence is true for them too... especially in the latter seasons.) I stopped watch shortly after they first started dating. Think what they meant to each other in the early days.

It could be anyone on the West Wing, really. :-) But Josh and Donna was a closer guess. If it helps, she was only on for a season. And I don't have an icon of this pair.

(Actually, I like CJ/Danny well enough, but I was more for CJ/Simon or even CJ/Toby.)

Nope. I only ship Pete & Jackie on that show and they didn't make the cut, cute as they are. :-)
