I'd be a lot happier if there was some nice long Dan/Natalie fic to recommend! The best I got is helsinkibaby Sports Night fic, which are just as series of one-shots. (There's also this fic that she posted on her LJ.)
I think the problem with SN is that all the fic is good, there's just not enough of it, and it's not long enough. Also, most of what I've found is Dan/Casey - which I like, but I'd also like a little moar diversity :) So thank you for the Dan/Natalie recs - they were lovely, and a really nice change :)
I think he likes messing with slash!fans a little. Why else for Studio 60, would they release teasers picks of Matt and Danny rolling around on the beach? :-P

Yup. And mostly (with one or two digressions!) that's a bit too hopeless for me and it doesn't really appeal.

1) I have dug out my Sports Night DVDs from my 'Yes it was good, but I don't think I'll watch it again,' pile and am pilot-rewatching this evening. 2) ...I am 2000 words into a Dereka Venturi/boy!Casey McDonald story.
