Josh running for President out of some deep-seeded desire is totally contradictory to his nature! For all his reputation of being arrogant, he has no desire for the limelight and very little ego. I think the only way he'd run was if someone convinced him it was his duty... or thrust it upon him much in the same way he trusted it upon Leo.
