Notes: I'm actually embarrassed over how long it took me to finish this fic. (Season 3 hadn't even started.) This originally was going to be a sequel to this AU that I wrote after the season 2 finale, but I think it stands on its own now. I'm not sure where this fic diverges from cannon. One of the main differences is that Iroh is the Fire Lord and Zuko... well, you'll just have to read the fic to find that out.
