Quaggy wrote old school West Wing and it is awesome!! I love stories that are from an outside POV - someone who doesn't necessarily 'get' the characters. And as farmerliz mentioned above, Donna's roommate is a character who doesn't get utilized enough (or when used, is usually not used well) in fic.
