2. Yeah, I think Donna always knew she felt something for her boss, but dismissed it as a hopeless crush. I think most of her decisions in the latter season were made with that assumption. She had to be away from him to realize just how deeply she loved him. But by then it was too late. She had made her bed. If she had accepted that her feelings were deeper than a transitory crush that stuck around too long, she probably would have still left, but she would have done it differently.
15. No. I want to, but it's going to take some time and planning to do it right. It'll be a hard fic to write. The closest I've come was that same drabble.
