Aw! I HEART all of these :) I haven't seen the DVD movie of Dead Like Me (it's been a few years since I saw the series), but this makes me really want to see it.
And MARTHA! And Tom! I love Martha's happy ending too (I nearly put in Martha and Tom in the drabble prompt, but I thought I wouldn't tie you down). I really like that the alien medical tech is pretty much useless (that feels very Doctor Whoish!). I love that the Doctor's favourite invention is silly putty (and I could just hear Martha doing a killer unimpressed voice and being the best straight man ever to the Doctor).
