Happy Anniversary!!

So I kind of had an anniversary that I totally forgot about on the day thanks to interesting real life stuff. But 10 years ago this past Monday, I officially posted my first fanfic. Quags was born a little but before that, but the fic thing was kind of a big deal. I never thought that 10 years later that I would still be writing. That people would still like my stuff. That I would still be branching out into new fandoms. That LJ would turn into such a ghost town. :-(

On my 5th anniversary, I offered to write 100 word drabbles for anyone who would give me a promp and a fandom. I would love to do that again, but I'm not sure if anyone is still around enough to be interested. (The offer stands, though.) So if anyone can thing of a good way for me to commemorate what has been a interesting part of my life, please let me know.

CASSIE!! Do you really want to prompt me write BtVS 10 years after the finale? Really?! You KNOW what I'll end up writing! I won't be able to help it! Buffy apparently refuses to let me write about Giles without her and, while Giles would be reasonable about letting me write about Buffy within the series without including him, I'm pretty sure that he will draw the line at post-series. (Let's put it this way, he kept respectfully demanding to be included in a non-shippy way when my plot bunnies were for post-series Spuffy!!!)

That said, you gave me a great idea. I'm going to write "10 years after the finale" drabbles for all the (major) fandoms I've written fic for! So, West Wing, Sports Night, Harry Potter, Life With Derek, Avatar: the Last Airbender, Life, and possibly Gilmore Girls. (I can't for Dr Who since it's ongoing. As are B99 and Elementary, which are my current loves.) :-) Thank you!!! This is the perfect commemoration!
